This team comprises four essential roles: Program Manager, Project Buyer, Project Engineer, and Production Control staff, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram.

• Project Engineer: Reviews engineering design data, defines Manufacturing Processing Instructions (MPI), and promptly resolves technical issues.
• Project Buyer: Manages customer material supply requirements, ensure strategic procument, manage supply supply and demand, supports cost reduction initiatives, and identifies alternative parts sourcing options.
• Production Controller: Ensures adherence to production timelines for on-time delivery.
